What do you do when you can't do what you do?

Yoga.

  2. Love the swim picture, it took me a couple seconds to figure it out. I have an ellipitical I use when running isn't an option, but I wish I could swim sometimes too.

    1. Yeah, that swim picture is sweet isn't it!? Ohhh ellipitical would be nice... I do not have any equipment or a gym membership... but come to think of it there is a rec room at the pool! #maybeiwilltryitout :)

  3. Yoga is always a great :) I've been doing modified moves at my bootcamp (no jumping jacks, single leg deadlifts instead of walking lunges, etc)... but its still semi-uncomfortable and I thought I was almost better.

    Keep up the positive alternative finding attitude!

    1. I hope you heal soon! It's so hard!! Yoga has been wonderful, I stopped going for about and year and I forgot how much I love it! My arms are getting strong again :)
